We are an all-female team of various ages, faiths, cultures and backgrounds and collectively, have faced common life challenges.

Message from the Founder

PURPOSE

To engage with and support all women going through a challenging part in their lives, whether from an intentional or unexpected change of circumstances. Being a culturally diverse team, we will try to offer authentic support and a means of supported integration within today’s diverse society, reaching across the conscious and unconscious social boundaries that can lead to isolation and loneliness.

MISSION

To encourage and increase social cohesion through 1:1 email, our private forum on Facebook and by our multiculturally led, informal peer support groups. Eventually we hope these will become various diverse and self-sustaining and healthy friendship networks. We will treat all women with dignity as they make their own independent decisions about the help and the support they want to move forward with their lives.

VALUES

We believe all women have value, deserving to be treated equally and respected regardless of social, cultural or economic status, lifestyle and background. Meeting together, many of our needs and life experiences can be shared, validated and celebrated.

VISION

Our aim as a Charity is to grow and be a diverse, inclusive and non-judgmental safe listening and learning space. We will support as we are able, all women who have fallen through the cracks of social or faith structured support programs. We will help all women feel accepted and empowered, regardless of their background, to fulfill their true potential and be able to encourage other women.
